Public and private profile boundaries

Which information can be visible, and which restrictions remain in place.

A public profile can expose information that a private profile restricts. Availability may also vary by endpoint, account, or platform restriction.

A checker must respect those boundaries and show an unavailable result when data cannot be retrieved.
